We ship within Germany [and to selected EU countries]. Delivery usually takes 2–4 working days. Click & collect orders are ready in the shop from the time shown in your confirmation.

Deposit (Pfand)#

Single-use bottles and cans carry the statutory € 0.25 deposit. You can return them in our shop or at any retailer that sells the same material.

Age-restricted products#

Alcoholic drinks are sold only to adults. For shipped orders the carrier checks your age on delivery (Ident-Check); in the shop we may ask for ID.

Best-before dates#

We ship food with at least [2 months] of remaining shelf life, unless the product page says otherwise (for example reduced items).

Packaging#

We are registered with the Central Agency Packaging Register (LUCID) under [registration number] and take part in a dual system for our shipping packaging.
