BFSG
Accessibility statement
Updated September 25, 20261 min read
Our commitment to an accessible shop and site, known limits, and how to give feedback.
⚠ Draft template — must be reviewed by a lawyer before launch.
The German version is legally binding.
Our goal#
We are working towards WCAG 2.2 level AA in line with the German Accessibility Strengthening Act (BFSG). Text colours are chosen for sufficient contrast, every page has a “skip to content” link, and menus and dialogs can be used with the keyboard alone. A full independent audit is still to come.
Known limitations#
Some decorative illustrations are animated. The horizontally scrolling shop aisle can also be browsed with the Tab key. [List any remaining issues here after the audit.]
Feedback#
Found a barrier? Tell us at contact@haihastore.com — we reply within 14 days. If we cannot help, you can contact the market surveillance authority responsible for the BFSG.
