Your rights at a glance#
- Access (Art. 15) — get a copy of the data we hold about you.
- Rectification (Art. 16) — have wrong data corrected.
- Erasure (Art. 17) — have your data deleted.
- Restriction (Art. 18) — pause processing while something is checked.
- Portability (Art. 20) — receive your data in a machine-readable format.

How to use them#
Many rights work directly in your account: export your data, edit your profile or delete your account under Settings. Otherwise write to legal@haihastore.com. To protect you, we may ask you to confirm your identity.
We answer within one month; for complex requests this can be extended by two further months, in which case we will tell you why.
Right to complain#
You can complain to any data protection supervisory authority, in particular the one for your place of residence or for our registered office. For us that is the State Commissioner for Data Protection and Freedom of Information of North Rhine-Westphalia (LDI NRW), Düsseldorf.
