Right of withdrawal#

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The period is 14 days from the day on which you, or a third party named by you who is not the carrier, took possession of the goods.

To exercise it, inform us ([Firmenname / Inhaber:in], Viktoriastraße 2b, 32545 Bad Oeynhausen, contact@haihastore.com) by a clear statement, for example a letter or email. You may use the model form below, but you do not have to.

Consequences of withdrawal#

We refund all payments received from you, including standard delivery costs, without undue delay and at the latest within 14 days, using the same payment method you used. We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or you have proven that you sent them. You bear the direct cost of returning the goods.

Exclusions#

The right of withdrawal does not apply to (§ 312g (2) BGB):

• Food and drinks prepared to your order (café, bubble tea, noodle station).
• Goods that spoil quickly or whose expiry date would be exceeded quickly.
• Sealed goods unsuitable for return for health or hygiene reasons once unsealed.

Something wrong with your order?#

If a drink or dish is not right, tell us straight away at the counter and we will remake it. Damaged or incorrect shop deliveries are replaced or refunded — send us a photo within 14 days to billing@haihastore.com. Your statutory warranty rights remain unaffected.
