How we label#
Every menu item lists the main allergens it contains according to the EU Food Information Regulation (LMIV). Shop products carry the manufacturer's label; for imported goods we add a German label.
The 14 main allergens#
Cereals containing gluten, crustaceans, eggs, fish, peanuts, soybeans, milk (incl. lactose), nuts, celery, mustard, sesame, sulphites, lupin, molluscs.
Cross-contact#
We prepare everything in one kitchen and bar. Despite great care, traces of other allergens cannot be ruled out. If you have a severe allergy, please talk to our team before ordering.
Caffeine#
Coffee, matcha and many teas contain caffeine. Drinks with a high caffeine content are marked and not recommended for children or pregnant or breastfeeding women.
