How stamps, tiers, rewards and email subscriptions work — and their limits.

Free to join#
Membership is free and requires a minimum age of 16. There is no paid subscription; if we ever offer one, it will have its own terms and a one-click cancel button (§ 312k BGB).
Stamps and rewards#
You collect one stamp per qualifying purchase on each stamp card. A full card turns into a reward. Rewards are personal, cannot be exchanged for cash, and expire 12 months after they are issued. Stamps from refunded purchases are removed.
Tiers#
Your tier depends on the stamps collected in the last 12 months and is recalculated monthly. Tier benefits may change; we announce changes at least 30 days in advance.
Email subscriptions#
Service emails (order confirmations, security notices) are part of the account. News and offers are only sent with your separate consent, and you can switch each topic off in your notification settings or via the link in every email.
Ending the programme#
You can leave at any time by deleting your account; unused rewards then expire. If we end the programme, we give at least 3 months' notice so you can still use your rewards.
